These terms govern the use of the website custode.digital and of the services provided by OAKUMA AAM d.o.o. ("we").

1. Scope

The website presents the Custode Ristoranti and Custode Hotel services. Individual service contracts are entered into separately via an accepted quote or a signed order.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided "as is". We take care to keep it available and up to date but do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.

3. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and code on the website belong to OAKUMA AAM d.o.o. or the respective rights holders. Reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, OAKUMA AAM d.o.o. is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website. Contractual liability for Custode services is governed by the individual service agreements.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive forum for any dispute is Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
