This policy describes how OAKUMA AAM d.o.o. ("we", "the Controller") processes personal data of users of custode.digital in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Swiss law.

Data we collect

  • Contact data: name, email address, phone number, city, and message you enter in our contact or application forms.
  • Business data: for commercial contacts we also collect the restaurant or hotel name, number of rooms, stars, and website.
  • Technical data: IP address and aggregated browsing data via Plausible Analytics (no identifying cookies).

Purposes and legal bases

  1. Replying to your enquiry — pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  2. Automatic replies and internal notifications — legitimate interest in managing communications (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  3. Aggregated usage measurement — legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

  • Contact and application form data: up to 24 months after the last exchange, subject to legal obligations.
  • Email delivery logs: retained by the provider for up to 30 days.
  • Analytics: aggregated, non-personal data.

Recipients

We share data only with technical providers required to deliver the service:

  • Supabase (database hosting for hotel applications)
  • Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Plausible Analytics (aggregated statistics, no cookies)

All providers operate under adequate protection levels or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Non-EU transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we ensure a valid legal basis (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, write to hello@custode.digital.
